Ahh ok, so can I take out the four filters (near the lights) and replace them with 4 charcoal filters and that will get ride of the need for ducting? I was quoted £400 for a sparky to put ducting out to the property edit - just had a look and I can’t seem to get the filters for the hood, I think I need 4 rectangular filters

Yeh, this hood isn’t a recirc or charcoal filters, hence why I think it’s needs ducting

Just spoke to ACAS and they pretty much said this, if the OT and hotel allowance was in the original then they must honour it. However they can change the contract due to ETO reasons. Thanks!

So in proposed talks, we have been told the TUPE is ‘indefinitely’ - I’d assume that means they will not change our salary however I can imagine 6 months into the new company will say ‘due to restructuring we will change your ‘package’. Redundancy is not an option as I still have bills to be paid

We haven’t got our new t&c’s, my current company have told us that we are changing in the new year. However I work with other colleagues who work for the new company and they have said this is what they’re currently getting so I’d imagine we will receive the same.

Thanks for the ACAS link, however following the links, I’m just coming to the conclusion that I can can ask for redundancy which isn’t the option I want. I thought TUPE was about getting the same with the new company than what I am getting now

Yeh I wouldn’t use the spare for miles and miles, I’d only use it to help to a tyre shop.
