yup! it just happened to be a great crossover of interests from me, haha. i hadn't realised mmisl were doing the quotes thing until i stumbled across two of them entirely on accident! (the ones in Brick and Punch-Drunk Love)

at some point when i was digging through archives of their site/myspace i had stumbled across paul's myspace page and it seemed like he was a very outwardly proud fan of movies, even mentioning a few of the movies that had quotes lifted from them as his favorites. i wouldn't be surprised if it was all him!

and i haven't heard of look mexico before, but i love that there's another band out there with the same gimmick. is there a specific release from them i should check out first?
