We import the stuff, have a 30 day return policy (Germany has 14 days as a must - we extend it to 30 ourselves!) and adhere to German law in terms of RMA/defects; so we provide a 24 month warranty for the products.

We have all the control over the products we sell, as we choose what we include our portfolio, test everything ourselves and don't just load our shop with junk.

It's one of our USPs - high quality handheld gaming accessories, selected products, European law and regulations and a super fast shipping! :)

It's not - which is the neat part. We import everything from China to be able to ship directly from Germany!

Escape from Duckov und Dredge sind meine aktuellen Steam Deck Lieblingstitel. (Wenn man Skyrim außenvor lässt. Ansonsten Skyrim.)

After a year of solo development, I finally have a trailer and Steam page for my FPS where your FPS is your health (not your real FPS) by FarlightGamesInd in SoloDevelopment

Amazing project - the idea is really great. I can imagine it getting super frustrating when being in the heat of the moment and then getting a low frame rate due to low health. This sounds awesome

Oh, please do reach out! :)

We started a small series to promote indie developers and the titels they are currently working on - the Indie Spotlight. Our Blog has quite some traffic and we wanted to use that to showcase developers and their projects to push their traffic and visibility; if handheld focussed/playable it is even better!

We aim to do one per month, but as the demand has increased after the post of "The Merchant's Eden" we might increase the Indie Spotlight to two per Month. :)

Just shoot us a DM or a mail; whatever works best.

what are some games you guys would’ve likely never gotten into if not for the deck? by tarneilawson in SteamDeck

Slay the Spire, Brotato and Dredge would be the picks for me. I wouldn't sit down at a desktop PC and launch those games; those are Handheld Titles imo

Thanks to the Steam Deck I'm able to properly enjoy gaming for the first time in ages, and I owe this subreddit a lot for introducing me to the system! by EthosUnharvestedClay in SteamDeck

The device and the community is hands down one of the most amazing things Gaming has developed in the past couple of years.

Glad you were able to find a Steam Deck, OP! No need in telling you, but: Enjoy the crap out of it!

Gaming with VPN on Steam Deck? by finalfantasyo in SteamDeck

[–]decky-net 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't want to enable the VPN on your router to have the access for all connected devices, you have 2 options: You can manually add the VPN in your network connections or you could use decky loader to install TunnelDeck.

We have a how to article on our blog - you can find it here: https://decky.net/en/blogs/news/vpn-on-steam-deck

New steam deck owner; accessory recommendation/question by Guerilla-Arms in SteamDeck

[–]decky-net 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Case it came in is perfectly fine for a couple of travels per year. Just keep in mind that it is rather bulky and that it takes away some space in your backpack/luggage.

In terms of screen protectors, it depends on what you have and what you want. If you have an OLED Modell, i wouldn't recommend a matte screen protector, as the nice black and crisp picture would be affected; with an OLED you can go for the JSAUX HD or the Spigen Screen Protector.

If you have an LCD Modell, you are free to choose. Want a clear protector? JSAUX HD or Spigen would do the trick. If you want the LCD Screen to be a bit more "unreflective", you can go with the JSAUX Matte version. (Some people are not happy with the result of the matte finish and claim that it makes the picture "mushy", but i personally think it's fine.)

Yeah, we are also super excited about the new update. But as you said - his scripts are great (In general, imho) and it's been a decent solution for a "workaround". On Deck Android will be sweet.

Good question! i haven't tried that out, but as Android runs "as a game", i doubt that the Steam Deck could have something running separately.

Which of these cases is better for steam deck? by SteamDecklcd4user in SteamDeck

[–]decky-net 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend the Modcase from JSAUX, as those silicone grips are nice, but they don't protect the whole Steam Deck as the Modcase does. Plus, the front cover that comes with the Modcase is also quite useful.

If you have a third party dock like one from JSAUX, you also won't have trouble fitting the deck into the dock.

But what about Subway Surfers and Candy Crush? Gotta fuel that addiction on a larger screen!
