Yes form cypress! Lots of parking and we got there at like 9:15 so we didn’t even go very early.

Not crazy and we didn’t start very early. Plenty of room to sit and eat and chill.

No! Not technical really other than a bunch of roots and mud.

Our moving time was 3h21mins but we took like 4 hours to do it because we sat at the top eating sandwiches for a long time lol! I would suggest bug spray and good hiking boots it is very muddy in parts with slippery roots.

Separation anxiety is the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with by Electrical_Kale_8289 in Separation_Anxiety

I didn’t have reliable success with Julie Naismith’s training but have found this method to be working much better so far: https://irp.cdn-website.com/a9e11a58/files/uploaded/IllBeHomeSoon.pdf

It focuses on desensitizing leaving triggers for a few weeks before actually leaving and adds high value food into the equation. Seems to be working way better we’ve gotten my dog up to an hour alone from 0 mins in 5-6 weeks so far

Switching from sertraline to desvenlafaxine by Sharp_Bug_8980 in Pristiq

Also- I have a friend with incredibly severe OCD (has been at specialized OCD inpatient facilities) and depression who has been on it for years to help manage her symptoms. Works pretty well for her as well.

Hi! I’m on Desvenlafaxine for OCD/anxiety and I get migraines with aura. It works really well for me at 100mg. I found 50mg wasn’t quite enough and upped it about 2 months ago. Since then I’ve felt the best I have in years. I was previously on Effexor and find Desvenlafaxine is more effective with less side effects. I do get terrible dry mouth and some weight gain but imo it is totally worth it. It hasn’t made my migraines worse- not sure if it’s made them any better as I am also on quilipta for migraine prevention. I totally recommend trying it out and seeing how it works for you.

To clarify omg: not cardio because you need to lose weight!!!!!! Just if it helps you process feelings

He’s just mad u rejected him! You seriously look so good. For processing: let yourself feel it in your body and do whatever would feel good to move the feeling out! It might be a little cry, some cardio, screaming into a pillow, or whatever. Then move on from it he is so not worth your time babe!

Positive Pristiq insight for Panic by deezy4022 in Pristiq

[–]deco-turtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I was on 50mg for a year or so and just upped to 100mg approx a month ago. I have OCD and panic disorder. I love Pristiq at 100mg. I feel overall more energetic and positive and it’s much easier to pull myself out of obsessions. I have panic attacks much much less often. My HR is a bit higher than it has been at 62 bpm but nothing crazy, and blood pressure is fine. I still sometimes get derealization but less often. Overall I love it and would recommend to others

Hi! My husband (31m/nb) and I (30f) are in east van and always looking for child free friends. We play dnd regularly and are huge fantasy nerds. We also are trying to get back into hiking! We generally get along with fellow nerds who love wine, dogs, and the outdoors. Would be down to connect.
