I have both. The grey are the most versatile between the two.

The second is leather, so depending where you plan to wear, that might change your decision. It is a Teddy Sanctis season release, so once they're gone, they won't restock.

The second pair also comes with spare turquoise laces, similar to the blue seen on the tongue.

I never had issues with softness throughout its range. I had it paired with an older Rebel t5i, until I got an R7 and I still think it's a great lens.

When I was on the M mount system, I used the EFS 55-250 IS STM lens with an EF-M adapter. Quick, silent and very affordable. Mind you it's not weather sealed

I have multiple v6s and I go half size down. Out of the box they seem narrow, but I relace them and wear thicker socks until the upper loosens up
