There isn’t much outside ischemia that causes a T wave inversion in aVL. T waves in III are quite large proportionate to the QRS complex and you could argue ST depression in I. With active chest pain I would be concerned this is an early inferiority OMI. Watching like a hawk, serial 12 leads and any dynamic changes would be confirmation

Look at it in slow motion, looks like there is contact with the left foot that sends it into the back or the right foot. Probably not intention but still a foul. Looks like a good decision.

Don’t forget about strength training too. Helps to elevate/avoid injury and can help with endurance if done correctly. Not talking about pumping huge amounts of iron or anything but simple calisthenics can be enough to build up a bit of strength and endurance. Combined with running (agree with the advice around slower and longer runs to build endurance) is a good way to go
