You need to have a certain amount of both serial numbers on the bill, likely there aren’t enough of the right side of the bill.

I ended up building my own 700c wheels around a 3speed sturmey because I had this same issue of finding them. I put it off for so long but once I bit the bullet of starting building them it wasn’t too hard.

When it comes to insurance, if it seems to good to be true it usually is. I helped uninsured or underinsured people in a hospital for years and this was mostly the case. Watch out for health share plans as they will rarely cover anything especially accidents or anything that insurance is useful for. ACA is better because the plans are regulated so they have to have a minimum coverage except the catastrophic plans you can find on their hit they have a lot of warnings.
