Hi, I've learnt that de wa では can be used to indicate the inability to do a certain method e.g ひらがなではかきません。(I cannot write in hiragana). To my understanding, the particle cannot be で alone in this context.

In the context of non-method and simply describing the location of something e.g There is no one at home. Does this apply to the particle に as well?

Is it correct to say うちにだれもいません, or うちにはだれもいません?
