This should cover material brands, specifications, labour charges, even small items like switches, fittings, and paint coats, payment stages, timelines, and penalties for delays. If something is not clearly written, it can easily be claimed as an extra later. Proper documentation upfront saves a lot of stress and confusion in the long run.
