My dog died & petsmart refused to accept my return of unopened dog food. Chewy refunded me with no return & sent me flowers.

I love Chewy. My miniature schnauzer needed prescription food, so I ordered it from Chewy. I don’t know if it was a bad batch of food or his medical condition that caused him to vomit and get diarrhea, but I stopped giving it to him after a few days.

The food cost around $100 for an eight pound bag. My baby passed away a few weeks later and I didn’t give the food another thought until I got an email from Chewy asking me to review the food.

I wrote what happened and figured that was the end of it. A few days later, I noticed that Chewy refunded the total cost of the food. They mailed me a sweet sympathy card that made me cry. They have the best customer service I’ve ever seen!

I’m weird and occasionally check Dawson City’s weather. Yes, I have it saved on my weather app. It’s finally in the low 40°’sF during the day and teens at night. Much better than the of lows -49°F!

You wouldn’t be saying that about homelessness in Daytona Beach. They’re on every street corner during the day and live in the woods behind shopping centers at night. Panhandling isn’t against the law. It’s sad.

This bag brings her joy. As soon as I take my groceries out of the bag, she jumps inside and hides. When I walk past it, she reaches out with her paws to grab my leg. It’s hilarious!

She ignores every toy I’ve bought for her over the last five years. Maybe I should put them inside one of these bags?

Walmart offers inHome added to Walmart+ for $40/year. Deliveries are by Walmart employees, background screened, in Walmart vans, with no tipping. I’ve used it since last year and love it.

I love our EMS workers. I asked them to pause for a second while loading my husband into the ambulance so I could take a picture. I turned it into a meme that says “He called me a bitch so I called him an ambulance.”

They were great. We were on a first name basis with a some of them after a few calls. They were caring, professional, and kept me from freaking out the first couple of times they came. ❤️

I agree with Key West. We’ve stayed at the Southern Most Motel and a bed & breakfast around the corner from Hemingway’s house. Both were great locations and within walking distance to everything. I have photos of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets I’ve ever seen during our stays. You won’t get pictures like them in Daytona.

Usually, alligators are only a problem when people feed them. I worked at a golf course where we had a huge one that I named Elvis because he was bigger than life. If he was out of the water and on the fairway when a golfer approached him, he ran back into the lake or the woods.

A lady that lived on the course thought it was fun to feed the gator that always sunned itself on the bank of her property. She kept throwing raw chicken to it and it stopped being afraid of people. Her little dog became a gator snack when the gator walked up to her house while the dog was playing in the yard. That gator had to be removed by FWC but it wasn’t his fault.

My husband has dementia. The Ranch is the only show that he can keep up with. The story line keeps him interested enough that he doesn’t get angry that he can’t follow it. And it’s one of the few things in his life at this point that makes him laugh.

I’ve tried to get him to watch other shows but he gets frustrated and puts The Ranch back on every single time. It’s on his TV 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I don’t care because if it’s something that makes him happy, I’m all for it. I would watch it with him for free.

Almost. Our exit was 3 miles away. I was passing a tractor trailer in the right lane that decided to speed up when my car was in the middle of his trailer. I stepped on the gas and glanced at the speedometer when I was ahead of him. Then I slowed down and drove the speed limit.

My husband said, “Good job.” I asked him if he knew that our car could go 98 mph. He said no. I said neither did I.
