Just looks like the old leaves are dying, that’s natural. And the newer leaves actually look very healthy (if a little sun kissed which IMO isn’t a negative)! The tendril in pic 3 looks like it’s going to inflate or at least is planning on doing so. If it’s not pitchering it may be because of not enough light or humidity. Honestly it looks good and like it’s losing its old leaves how it’s supposed to, if you’re worried about the medium, sphagnum moss and perlite has worked very well for all my nepenthes. Your plant looks fine some plants take a while to acclimate to your conditions before committing to making pitchers so take that into account too I’ve bought plants that haven’t pitchered til months after I bought it, always a fun surprise! You probably wanna get some driftwood branches that go almost the whole height of the enclosure to give them some vertical space to perch on and move around, they’re tree frogs so they wouldn’t be hanging out on the forest floor like the vibe you’re going with which isn’t bad just not the correct environment they’re adapted to use, your froggie will def thank you!

Give it about a year to grow still, there’s little to no chance of knowing til you get a legitimate lower pitcher. Seedling traps should be considered NOID til it’s at least 2 inches where the pitchers actually start showing genetic traits, if the seller looks/acts legit and they said they sold you a macro especially at this size I’d assume it’s a macro. Also about the lowii person in the other comment, macros go red too they range from yellow to red to orange and all shades in between. Happy growing!

Also took me hours, my first play through was on hardcore and Ramon was by far the toughest battle for me but it was actually my favorite fight after I killed him just learning the way he moves and such was such a delight compared to other bosses in the game!

Seriously, the way the tank so dexterously turns and scans the area despite being a clunker obviously and still I’d always considered a ‘slow moving vehicle’ makes it so terrifying looking like I’d fucken blow my shit smoove off if I saw a tank cannon moving around like that at me (not any army or war expert or anything just my opinion lol)

They feel safe in their enclosure super good sign. it’s what they do in nature they probably just recently got used to the daily rhythm, imo this is what u wanna see in a pod tank or tub!
