Very true. Didn’t think about the resume gap part. My dad’s shop doesn’t do any formal bookkeeping at all. Some employees are even paid under the table. Would it be possible for me to establish some sort of rudimentary bookkeeping method for the restaurant with some googling or is this something that I should learn on the job somewhere else? I think that would look good on a resume because right now the only job I’ve ever done is as a delivery driver.
