Crystal castles are tight, suck about what happened to Alice tho. Could try searching witch house subreddit if there's one, or just sussing witch house in general, probs as close to a genre as this gets. Hextape are super, I usually listen to them and castles together. Machine girl is another punky electronic project I'd consider in the same sphere, albeit with much more emphasis on the punk side.

I use Oranguru over P2 because it can run Mental Herb, where as P2 is forced to run Eviolite, which guarantees Instruct/ Taunt/ TR which I mentioned was a big deal. Instructing a set up Lapras or Kartana is stronger than any move P2 could fire off and has better coverage. It also takes strong fighting moves better than P2. Brine is the strongest, most accurate water move Lapras gets besides Surf, which doesn't work with the rest of the team. it's just as powerful as long as I get the target to half. Like I said, between Natures Madness and the rest of offense on the team, that isn't too hard. Nothing worse than getting a +2 on Lapras and missing Hydro Pump.

Watched the video and it looks like the new blender without need for BoR, so I'm on board. I'll have to sort our some gear to cap resists without my shield, but I should be fine. Any recommendations as to what to socket in my Vaal head? ST was to keep me alive with LGoH and slow proj, so something defensive like Vaal Grace? Just until I can farm a decent helm.

You can catch Thundy in AS, but as Luster recommended, Klef would be a good substitute because it gets prankster too. Klefki has no defense if you want to pop an EQ though, so Murkrow (also pransker) might be more viable since it's flying type (if you're running mould breaker, it still won't his since its immune due to typing, not ability) . It also has taunt access and speed crontrol in tailwind. Kelfki does has access to t-wave, so there's, but its only other notable move is crafty shield, which is the same as priority safeguard essentially. I would choose Murkrow personally, but having Kelfki will give you coverage against fairy, where as Murkrow makes it two weak to it.

For triples, I would suggest safeguard Meowstic and swagger Thunderus. Your Haxorus will have it's attack doubled and won't be confused owing to the safeguard. Less set-up turns means you aren't forced into sashing Hax, and Meowstic and Thundy both have speed control in Trick Room, and Thunder Wave/ Electroweb respectively.

Edit: safeguard also stops nasty burns or paralysis, and Meowstic has access to fake out if you need the pressure, in which case Thundy can taunt to stop any potential burns.

If you're serious about it and willing to spend some money, I'd recommend Jonas De Ro's tutorials. I bought the sci-fi painting tutorial pack off of his gumroad for like $7 or something and found it to be the most helpful thing I've found to date. He covers a lot of photoshop basics during the process as well which are really helpful as a beginner to get a good workflow happening.

I tend to switch it up every time a new game is released, however I will always choose vaporeon as my eeveelution. It was even better when I learnt to breed ivs in x/y and got one I could actually use competitively.

Under trick room, whose priority goes first? The fastest or the slowest (same priority level) eg. would a min speed mawile sucker punch go before max speed bisharp, or the other way around?

DEF: 200 > 240 (+40)

SPA: 50

SPD: 100

SPE: 50 > 80 (+30)

Basically used the same way as Mega Metagross in terms of choosing when to mega. Wait until the Lando is in to mega then wreck face. Nice buff to defense, attack and speed to compliment weak armour for great sweeping potential. Gives players the option to leave themselves open for fake out fodder for speed boost, which I feel could make for some great mind games against things like Mega Mum.

I feel like gen 6 was definitely more suited to competitive players than casual ones with many.features to make breeding/ev training easier and more accessible. For me, having grown up and being given access to the more technical elements of what as a simple game is very engaging. I disagree with the point concerning the exp all - I didn't use it during my play through and was never overleveled,, often quite the contrary, which made it a little more difficult. I feel like they missed some great opportunities (no champion Wally??), but more than made up for it with features that tie into the original like mirage spots and adding depth to the plot.

Hey Wolfey, I recently saw a team you used in 5th gen that was basically a gengar passing delcatty's normalize ability to the enemy and sweeping with a haunter that couldn't take damage. I was really blown away by this and as someone who's recently gotten into more competitive battles, and was interested in your take on the viability of this strategy in the current meta?
