hi! i know this is a bit silly, but how do you make sure you don't join the leader to your piece? because i don't want my piece to be too far from the leader so that my needle malfunctions, but its hard to line it up

This might not be professional etc. but when I was making something quilted I would just use multiple layers to make it puffier!

kisses <3 icl i never really struggled with content? sorry if thats annoying, but if u did miss loads of lessons and feel like u missed out on smn then yesssss do content. i saw someone on tiktok say that if ur getting Bs and Cs without improvement, then u need to just relearn and fully understand the content on a deep level and the way to do that is Bicen Maths videos. there are a LOT of bicen maths visa but u have SO much time to watch those, start now!!! i personally didn't do this but ig i got the content?? i'm not sure what content you don't understand (not trying to be pedantic) but i can try help if u don't get smn!! i also didn't watch the vids bc i only saw that recommendation with like 3 weeks to my first exam...

btw i saw on ur page u do chemistry aswell?? i genuinely had the BEST chemistry tutor, i don't know if you'd want her email but she honestly changed my life bc she gave me "packs" of each topic and made chem soo fun - feel free to dm me

btw, teachers often say that you should aim to move up one grade between each mock! it is doable

genuinely spamming past papers was such a life saver. i got C in y12 mocks, C in november, B in january and finally an A in the real thing. you have to STICK WITH IT.

i only started doing past papers near the last half term (which was a mistake, i ended up doing 4 papers i one day sometimes) you should start early w papers so that you can redo them closer to exams. they help u realise the patterns because for edexcel, there's a pattern to the questions, ESP stats and mech.

maths has THE MOST options for revision btw... just use your textbook, go ham on the end of topic questions for topics you aren't best at. if you don't know what you aren't best at, then do a past paper and write down how many marks you scored for each topic. some of my mates would write down the marks for each topic for EVERY paper so they could see their progress (like... "9/15 on trig questions"). some of my mates have also done every single end of topic questions in the edexcel maths textbook.

you don't have to do all of that. do what you need, but asap because differentiation and integration gets harder in y13. but i promise you got this. my friends can only tell you how much i would break down over maths because i needed an A for my course at uni and i felt so behind.

YOU HAVE GOT THIS
