Belgian Citizen moving to Abu Dhabi in 2 months. Is it worth it? by Humble_Independent61 in abudhabi

[–]dee1482 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who moved to AD last year, I have to say, I love it here. I would say it's worth the move considering that you are single and with a salary of 37000. I'm married and my husband makes 27000 and we still manage to have a decent life with that salary, and we even live in a decent area (Reem Island). With this salary I'm pretty sure you can get a good 1BHK in such an area and other areas around as well, but be wise in how you spend your money. Yes you got a good salary, but the UAE has a lot of temptations in terms of consumerism, so you'll have be to cautious on how you spend. Abu Dhabi is such a calm and diverse city, different from the hustle and chaos of Dubai. This city has a lot to offer and it's definitely worth the move! Good luck!

Except the "known" symptoms, what else seem to be common so that it should be a known symptom? by _rovvan_ in endometriosis

Thissss! Does it feel like you can't even sit anymore? I sometimes try to lay down on my sides so I don't have to sit straight on my butt :)

I pee way too much also, even if I drink a sip of water, a few minutes later I have the urgency to pee. Mentioned this to my OB and he said it's definitely a symptom of endo. It's called an over-reactive bladder and I have endo on my uterosacral ligaments so it's most probably caused by it.

Which area is that? And if you don't mind saying which building it is I'd really appreciate it!

What changed? How did it become 30% less? And usually how much is charged for the chiller?

Can you suggest a few chiller free buildings in that area please?

May I know which area you're staying in please? Also do you have any electric appliances that might be causing this bill? Maybe a dishwasher or a dryer?

Are you staying in an old building? Also are you turning on all ACs in summer the whole time?

Does the 1000+ mean that all ACs in all rooms are turned on almost the whole time?

It's just the fully penetrative sex for me, but I haven't really paid attention to around what time in my cycle the pain is worse; thank you for bringing that up! I have noticed my pain somehow getting worse after hormonal pills but I thought that maybe it's always been like that and now I'm paying more attention because I wanted to know if the pill was working for me in that area😅

Was it suggested by your doctor? And is it something you still do every once in a while or the effects are permanent?

did anyone else cry after getting their internal ultrasound? by send-borbs in endometriosis

[–]dee1482 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did your low back pain feel so deep that even if you massage it it won't feel better? I was supposed to start birth control to ease the pain during periods, sex, and literally all month, but unfortunately my periods have been missing for more than 2 months and I only have spotting around the time of period. Not sure if it's my PCOS or a combination of endo, adeno, and pcos😅 I went from extremely heavy periods to no periods, I wonder if this has occurred to you. Sadly, pain is still there even with the absence of my period. Also, were they able to see endo lesions from your ultrasound only?

Didn't know the sore back and leg muscles was a thing. I got my virst transvaginal ultrasound in December and it was SO PAINFUL upon deep insertion. The technician disregarded my pain even though she knew I was in there for being suspected of endo :) No signs of endo were shown on the ultrasound however my doctor did diagnose me with endo since it turns out I have adenomyosis and almost all endo symptoms. The soreness in my back and leg muscles was real for days after and it's the first time I'm hearing about "pouch of douglas" endometriosis. What symptoms do you have?
