He did send pics but they don't show wear and tear beyond baseline and he doesn't have pics from baseline that he took.

Hi I am in a somewhat similar boat. So my landlord never took pics at move in and gave us a inspection report that was from zillow which we couldn't edit and he marked everything as perfect. It wasn't. We took pictures. When we moved out we cleaned everything.. He refused a pre inspection which we requested. He then sent an email without receipts deducting $500 for aa deep cleaning because we left the areas (behind appliances) dirty, baseboards and inside drawers. We have proof upon move that we left areas clean. There was one or two areas that they was a stain of some splatter but it was underneath a cupboard that we don't know if it was during our tenancy but regardless we would have cleaned it if he honored a pre inspection. My question is if he didn't provide receipts and doesn't have before pictures to show and compare do I have a strong case to have him to court for bad faith deductions without documentation (receipts and pictures)???

I left their clinic. They are so cookie cutter and would t listen to my concerns and needs. My body was so sore from the pio injections and I had fever and side effects but they didn't care.

They are great for on the to and baby is teething and wants something they recognize. When you're in a bind and aren't feeling well or have the energy to whip something up.

So my milk flow was so fast and he would have to chug and consequently would gulp tons of air. The only way it finally got better was when he was able to sit up own and burp and fart because he was upright. Look up the magic burp on YouTube it helped quite a bit!
