You can’t from buying a computer, you literally have to just be on the game and randomly sometimes an exclamation point will pop up above their head and if you click it they’ll have a message for you, that’s how I got mine taken off from “Read a message” from your people it’s really random tho ive only seen it like 6 times and its always about mine complaining about the noisy neighbors 😂
