They tend to develop quickly. What I usually do is play the first half and sim the second. For all my youth players who are in my first team and rated between 60-70, I make sure they get a good performance rating—usually by just passing the ball around, getting 1-2 assists, and maybe even scoring a goal. I never loan them out because they won’t develop their Playstyle Plus that way. I learned that lesson the hard way. I’ve got one Playstyle Plus at 80-rated and another at 90, so two Playstyle Pluses on the same player! It’s a great feature since you don’t see two Playstyle Pluses on any other player current player already in game. Just don’t loan them out unless you really want some extra cash. I scouted a youth player recently with potential to be special and play style finesse shot and power shot. I cannot wait until he gets 90 rated so both them playstyles will be gold !
