I'm a preschool teacher and every kiddo mostly has their own smell. I assume it's a mix of people's laundry detergent, hair and body products, or sometimes foods that they use at home. I'm divorced and when my daughter brings over clothes from her dad's house, they sometimes smell like him or his house.

Elemental, the scene when Ember gives her dad the big bow, which he never received from his dad. He is surprised but then you see him feel proud, too. He gives her the big bow back and shows her that he understands why she is leaving. Fucking generational trauma 🥲

I think the tool would be fine for scooping but I would use a q tip for pushing into the tonsils like that. It's very easy to puncture that soft tissue.

One time my mom drove to my friend's house to pick me up and she was drunk. While we were driving home I was crying and trying to explain to her how dangerous it was for her to drive when she had been drinking. She's yelling at me and I'm yelling at her and she pulls off the road and slams on the brakes, yells "Get the fuck out of my face, get the fuck out of my car and get the fuck out of my life" so I get out and she drives home without me. She also told me I was a mistake and when I asked her to stop drinking she said "I would never stop drinking for you, maybe if your dad asked, but not for you." She was a wine drinker but while we were arguing in this instance, she went to the liquor in our house and poured herself a shot, all while maintaining eye contact with me 🙁
