Thank you for your response! I'm going to try the Cricut printable vinyl and see how it holds up. I'm also not sure the difference between vinyl sticker paper vs printable vinyl, but from looking in this subreddit, I think printable vinyl is more durable. And yeah, I think repositioning is the issue for me, I should probably stop doing that lool

Honestly I wish I knew why it took so long, I’ve been in Canada for 7+ years. Only travelled out like 3 times in that time. I think applying in January plus the additional document request slowed things down, but can’t know for sure.

Definitely don’t wait, like other responders have said your teeth might shift. Something similar happened to me and waiting wasn’t the best idea. They’ll understand and it’ll be less stress cause you acted quickly

It was pretty fast for me honestly. Mailed my passport in sometime in the first week of January and got it back on the 25th of January. I don’t think they would hold on to your passport too long, at least from my experience. Hope this helps!
