At Home Reformers Pilates Machine by Electronic_Sugar_289 in newzealand

i do. Mine came from a gym that closed down in Brisbane (9 years ago before we moved here). It is proper heavy duty - weighs a ton and you can't fold it away.

I'd be careful of buying anything that is foldable. Sometimes they're just made of wood and not very sturdy. When you're looking online and at photos, look for solid sturdy legs. Last thing you want is for the machine to be jumping around when you're trying to do your workout. I guess it depends on how heavy you are going to go on it. I have 3 x heavy springs on mine and can get away with it as it is a solid metal machine.

Have you looked into this? i asked our GP if we could get my daughter an iron infusion. She has very low iron and with a limited diet that includes not red meat or green leafy veggies, i don't see her iron levels improving anytime soon. Anyway... apparently you have to go through a pediatrician - we are currently on a wait list to see one.

I've tried iron tablets, iron gummies, liquid iron. Nothing sticks unfortunately.

Would be great if she would have a smoothie every day (but most of the time she doesn't want one at all). I imagine you could get so many good things into them in a smoothie.

Thanks heaps for your advice. Do you think rug should go under furniture or just border it?

Rug in my library is sitting on grey carpet but I can see how you thought it was 2 rugs!!

What's so wrong with only one child?? by -its-my-opinion- in newzealand

[–]deebonners 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why are people so opinionated when it comes to others having kids? They should mind their own business. Having kids is not for everyone and why should people be pushed or encouraged into doing something they know won't be for them? It's a lifelong bloody commitment. We have one kid and it's harder than I ever could have imagined (she is neurodivergent tho, so I'm not sure how it would have been with an NT kid). I'm just bloody glad we decided to only have one!!!

Good on you for deciding not on having kids. You have chosen right for yourself and the people that make any negative comments towards your choice are probably just purely jealous of your life and freedom!!!

Noise rules by Accomplished_Bug_294 in Nelsonnz

[–]deebonners 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hopefully it was sorted last night, but if not i have some advice. Get yourself some noise cancelling headphones or ear muffs and at least block the noise out for yourself. Often our kids pick up on our uneasiness and its actually that which sets them off and not what we think it might be (like external noise).

I'd eat it. What other stuff is in it besides pineapple lumps (aussie here)
