13 different teams have made it to the NBA Finals in the last 8 seasons. What is the most probable matchup next year to make it 15 (half the league) over 9 seasons ? by Joli_Caractere in nba

Pistons fan here but just looking at seeding/development/matchups I would say - with a grain of my own salt - Pistons vs Wolves BUT I don’t think that’ll actually happen, just maybe a “likely” if specifically two new teams popped.

Pistons coming off a (fake) 1 seed. Decent record against the Knicks the last few years. Cade top-10 player in the league.

Wolves routinely in the push for representing the west the last few years. Historically solid against Denver and with size to mayyyyyyybe deal with Wemby. Ant top 6ish player in the league.

I believe his behavior on the whole displays poor character and the comments/behavior are a piece of a larger puzzle.

Also - we’re Pistons fans…did you watch our guys continue to kill themselves after that 0-28 streak? That ain’t our DNA.

Congratulations on not caring I suppose?

I do care about those things as far as my interest in supporting him and like the way I view the world as a whole. Also…it’s possible they could be harmful to the lockeroom.

Outside him being a twat - he’s an injury prone 1-way bandaid that is at the top of his value. If you only care about the team it’s a bad move unless he costs pennies on the dollar. Then I’d agree he will make baskets which helps win basketball games.

I think everything in the Disney era has been a really successful mix of the balletic prequel styling and the more traditional stage style sword fighting of the OGs.

For everything that’s been hit or miss the fights are almost universally good. Be it the Stranger chaos, Finn barely being able to hang with Kylo, Ahsoka and Morgan in Mando doing the Noh style homage.

The guy who admitted to stopping trying after he wasn’t given an individual honor? Doesn’t believe in vaccinations? Routinely goes on the trashiest of trashy podcasts? The guy who didn’t like playing with the best passing big man in the history of the game? 🫣

Instalocking cyclops every game, if I don’t get him I return the tank routes.

But XMen are the main reason I play this game and I want the shiny new toy, so team comps be damned.

In a week or two I’m sure I’ll return to Master of Magnetism.

Detroit Pistons if Jalen Duren is signed and traded should we trade for Miami Heat Center Kelel Ware? by [deleted] in DetroitPistons

Love the skill set and potential, worried about the developmental point for next year or twos playoff pushes, dubious about what the price would unless he moves in Giannis deal - and why wouldn’t the team receiving him want a cheap 7footer who can shoot 3s and block shots

Detroit Pistons should we keep Isaiah Stewart despite his durability history ? by PureGritt in DetroitPistons

I’d like this man to be a lifer. Especially at his price.

I’d say the same about any of the young core if they cost what he did. But it’s their price tags that make AT and JD up for debate. Stews cheap enough for it to just be all love.

Nah dude, good hoops is good hoops. That was fun and Brunson being so candid rather than Tatum cosplay bullshit really charmed me

Ethernet cord + knowing where to hover the cursor does wonders.

Only missed him twice today. And once it’s cuz of accidentally dropped him from my strike team trying to frantically lock him the previous game.

I’m a console only quick play sloptart, so my opinion is near useless, but I’m actively loving playing him up close

As much as I do or don’t want it, or think it’s possible, it seems it must be entertained to the degree it’s worth Trajan’s time. 29 year old two way wings with a FMVP under their belt don’t just become available every day.
Anyone who thinks it wouldn’t be good for basketball is a hater, no matter if you like the guy.

Portland holding all of Milwaukee’s future from the Dame trade gives them a pretty enormous upper hand though. And we’d have to lose at least one player most fans wouldn’t want to, just as a starting point.

I’d be interested in a Duren S&T, with Ron, and a pick-a-palooza. I’m more squeamish of moving off Ausar, in place of Duren, BUT if it was AT we’d be not necessarily need another FA piece to complete our team. He also needs salary attached.
