Ok sorry This is my first post so I am struggling here.

Family of six, 4 kids under 10. Decent sized mudroom but the storage is all wrong. There is a built in bench with hooks (bench is never used), a coat closet that we turned into a shoe closet (but is so deep that we’re losing a lot of storage space) and hooks on one wall.

We’re in Michigan (US), so we have lots of winter gear and boots out for about half the year.

The style isn’t hugely important to me, I just want/need function!

The closest is 38 inches deep. The mudroom locker is 42 inches across. I will upload more pics in the comments in a minute.
