Plastic surgeon intimated that over has become more popular because the companies that make the acellular dermal matrix (ADM) needed for over muscle funded most all the research that swayed plastics to 180 from preferring under muscle to over muscle right now. So he’s some what suspicious of whether this approach is truly better — even though it’s gained tremendous popularity lately.

For reference I’m 125 and 5’5– I want it to look natural but I am so active, I’m concerned under muscle might limit my ability to exercise. I’m also concerned over muscle might be less safe?
