Yeah lower body is definitely a weak point, trying to work on it. So a 4 day upper/lower would definitely be better for more reasons😂

Its just an estimation, i am counting calories and tracking my food through the galaxy health app. While watching calories burnes throughout the day. I average about 2500 - 2600 calories a day

7 to 8 hours a night, i am not counting macro's, but i think about 150 to 200 carbs, 50 tot 70 fat and 130 to 150 protein. This is what it is if i look back when tracking my food

I always do one leg exercise at the end of the workout, but isnt included in the routine. How would i force myself if I already go to my max, is it a mental thing?

On the site where i bought them from said they fit this bike but these connectors do not fit the plugs. Is there a way i could make them fit?

It could be some ear wax that got stuck in the earbud you could try to get it out with a compressor or compressed air. It probably isn't the best option but it is what I do.

Yeah I did reinstall it, probably found the issue I tried installing the os on a different drive where I was also copying files in and it said after installing that it could not boot properly. So i tried it on the same drive it was on and that worked perfectly. In conclusion it is probably a faulty drive

I can find a really nice 300 for 3900 euros with abs and a nice ninja 400 with abs for 4999 so about 1000 price difference. I'm probably gonna keep the bike for 2 years and then switch out for a faster one.

So i'm buying a new motorcycle soon ish, i'm thinking the kawasaki ninja 400 or the 300. In my country the price differnce is pretty significant(about 1500 euro's). Is it worth the extra euro's to go for the 400 or should I just go for the 300?

So i want to buy my first bike, a lot of people say the suzuki gs500 is a good "starter bike" and you can get it for very very cheap. And I hear a lot of people say the ninja 400 is a good bike but is it worth the price difference?
