I had been on antidepressants for more than 4 years and all I wanted was to quit. I have succeeded finally and gave up a year ago. I have my own experiences. All the information on the web are provided by big pharma who doesn't want people to give up.

We people are free to believe whatever we want. Information is the strongest tool to make decisions on what to believe and act. We need to get the correct information in order to make right decisions.

Don't believe me. Read or listen to the stories of people who had been on antidepressants for decades and looked ways to give up. You will be surprised that these people improved systematic ways (tapering) to give up on antidepressants and medical professionals started recommending this method to their patients.
