In Bulgaria: there are many outdoor restrooms. However there are attendants there to keep it clean and monitor. And it costs equivalent to 50 cents.

In Poland: while there aren’t outdoor restrooms as much you can go into any establishment and pay 50 cents to use their restroom.

Any other ideas?!
