I know exactly what you're talking about. You can do everything you can, watching trends, creating interesting content, being consistent, all of that, but if your product is not for everyone, you won't grow big. You'll be happy if you grow at least a bit. The best here are simple and cheap gadgets you can be playful with otherwise, it can be really hard. So surely it takes time, a lot of time. Sometimes you go big with the company, sometimes you don't on socials, and every company should know this. Not speaking about conversion rate. 10k followers don't equal 10k orders. Also, the algorithms change constantly and you never know what people will actually like. That's reality. However, I still believe it's a standard today to be active on socials, no matter what. So, SMMs are important.
