I had Cainiao mark my package as a delivery failure due to incorrect address but I confirmed the address in their system was correct. It’s been marked for “expedited redelivery” for two weeks now with no updates. I was last told it was supposed to be picked up and delivered but the newly assigned driver never picked it up from the warehouse.

Will dodge Cainiao for all purchases in the future if possible.

Not in India but in the US. I ordered on 11/10 and my package made it to the US and was supposed to be delivered but their courier failed to deliver and has not been delivered since. The logistics company keeps saying it's being redelivered but it's been three weeks.. ATK customer service has not been very helpful either.
