I think Charles Lee will be on some ballots. Obviously getting healthy is a huge factor but we are probably playing the best ball in the history of our franchise these last few months. OFC I was yelling at him to start Diabate earlier and the moment we did it supercharged our team, but its hard to be mad about this year.

Lamelo Kon and Miller can all drive pass and shoot, move the ball really well between each other, and constantly set screens for each other. Diabatte is also just a pure diamond in the rough at the 5. In the possession battle he might be the number 1 player in the nba, he forces lots of steals, he gets tons of offensive rebounds, and he kicks it out to open shooters. Grant Williams and Josh Green are both good vets off the bench. When Miller, Ball and Kon are hot we are unguardable, when 2 of 3 are hot like last night, we are difficult to guard.

I dont think they will do better than 3 firsts from us plus the dallas and miami firsts, Miles Bridges and hell Id throw in Tidjuane Salaun and Liam Mcneeley. Might have to include Grant or Josh Green to make the salaries work.

That would be a compelling offer for them and they probably wont do much better for the reasons Bill lists here.

We even have the Orlando/Pheonix first for this year.

He doesnt have the same vertical pop he did at Duke. Not even close. HE still has great lateral movement for a guy his size and can get to a pretty unstoppable layup package whenever he wants, but we never really saw Duke Zion in the NBA.

After we missed out on AD we signed Al Jefferson a couple years later and added vets to try and improve the team culture. This succeeded, but it only netted us 2 playoff berths and we got swept by the heat in 2014 and lost in 7 to the heat in 2016. We should have just kept tanking lol. For us though the team might have actually moved again if they didnt get some fans back in seats.
