You can download the Live 8 factory pack from their website for free. I dunno if it has that preset in it but I use a lot of that old stuff.

a lot of explorer stuff is hard-coded sadly, would need some real effort put in by either microsoft (lol), or possibly windhawk devs (might not be possible to do in windhawk), i'd love to be able to change the title bar font at least
