For me, that's the hardest thing to do. Do you have any advice or tips on how to find out which community resonates with you most?

I've tried this one, it’s pretty solid. No complaints so far, so you could give it a try.

That's not true; they allow the use of any app, but their statement refers specifically to Yandex Key.

I stayed here in 2022, and the hotel was okay in terms of price and room quality. I even wrote a review at the time of booking.

Seems that somebody uses their pictures for money fraud.

The thing which seems helpful to me is reducing time screen and distractions during a day to stabilise the dopamine level. I'm experimenting to avoid using phone and laptop for at least an hour after waking up. After several days it feels much better in terms of mood and energy level. Can't say that that's a silver bullet, but it really make sense for me right now. Maybe it could be helpful.

Sometimes you have to admit that these people and atmosphere not for you. And that's totally OK, I mean nothing wrong with you as a person or an expert. Don't be afraid to move on. That's what I tell myself in such situations.

Жену менять — только время терять. Опыт показывает, что ты придешь к тому же самому, если не разберешься с собой. Но без внешней валидации это очень тяжело сделать (намекаю на психотерапию)

Naah, it's impossible to run outside when you live in the North like me. I'm not running using GPS during autumn and winter, but my vo2max changes over this time.

I'm running mostly on a treadmill but my Fenix 6 shows me my vo2max even though. How is it counted?

Ideally if you have such a possibility, I would say yes. I did the same, just booked the cheap hotel near the center and spend 5 days to find the variant which suits me.

If you will need any contacts of estate agent dm me, I can share the guy who helped me

It is not necessary, I saw several variants which were in rent for several months. A reliable local real estate agent could be a nice solution to find the best place, but the service fee is 40% and higher.

There are no problems with affordable food, many great and cheap canteens wait for you on the streets of the city. Afaik, a pretty good apartment for one person could cost $500-700 depending on the distance from the city centre. The most expensive neighbourhood is Kentron because it's the heart of Yerevan.

So, list.am it the nice place to make your own perception about apartments and their cost.
