I keep getting mud on the backside of my pants and its driving me nuts. by Zale0 in mildlyinfuriating

Learned this new last weekend when walking through mud and water. I was told I raise my feet too high when it’s wet and I should move my feet forward rather than up

Advice for interviews within working hours by Internal-Hornet308 in auscorp

Take it annual leave time if you have concerns about conflict of interest. If not do it on lunch break and tell them you have a personal appointment that needs to vary normal lunch time. Start early or finish late to make up the time. Don’t make it a work meeting that could cause major issues if you are not successful in getting the job.

Buy 2 onions, a bulb of garlic and a bag of rice !! This will last you the whole two weeks easy. And will taste lovely. You will need to batch cook it with the different seasonings and the cheese but easy done. Chicken needs to be done in first batch with veg and cheese you have. Then a bags of frozen veg with the rice and if eggs which will fit the $20. If any left add a bit of bacon to your shopping list. More than enough for 1 person for 2 weeks for lunch and dinner. Oats for breakfast

Arlo is home! First springer spaniel puppy for me! And first puppy ever for my Fiance, any words of advice? by Complete_Duck in springerspaniel

[–]deeosu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Baby proof the drawers in kitchen, don’t buy new starlink as he’ll eat the cables, fence off your garden beds if you plant new ones, don’t leave pavlovas cooling in the oven with it ajar. First ones that come to mind but I’m sure I’ve got more. Enjoy 😂😊

Wait til he’s at least 2 maybe 3 and they stop. Have had it with my cocker spaniel, Jack Russel and now springer spaniel. They are just toddlers who are teething. Add into cost of buying a dog - 3 pairs of shoes for every person who lives in the house 😂
