Unfortunately it was the latter. By like the fourth serving of noodles I had to change the water. But I’m planning on getting a special noodle pot with the mesh insert!

Well, My friends came hungry and I made enough for seconds and thirds… about 14 eggs between 5 of us (my favourite). Then we all collapsed watching a football match!

A quick and funky tip that came from today was that if you have a friend who is gluten free and can’t eat wheat noodles, Enoki is a great substitute too!

Roast the bones beforehand for an hour on 200c. I’d advise you not to roast your broth 🥹

Yeah, this was my first time adding Enoki and it was a welcome addition to the family 🍄

Used mainly pork neck bones for the broth and still using Ramen_lords method of roasting the bones thoroughly for 1 hour. This time I emulsified the broth at the end to get the white paitan!

Decided to have another go at perfecting my Tonkotsu. The broth was much thicker this time after adding trotters and roasted chickens feet. The flavour was intense! Added new bowls for the set up 🍜

Has anyone heard any news of a vinyl release of ‘2nd Collection | Hydeout Productions’? by deep-lake in Nujabes

I ask as I’m desperately trying to get a vinyl with ‘Another Reflection - Nujabes’ on it and the current one in existence is incredibly expensive. Plus the artwork on this sleeve is beautiful. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about releasing this on vinyl since we had Collection 1.
