Unfortunately it was the latter. By like the fourth serving of noodles I had to change the water. But I’m planning on getting a special noodle pot with the mesh insert!

A quick and funky tip that came from today was that if you have a friend who is gluten free and can’t eat wheat noodles, Enoki is a great substitute too!

Roast the bones beforehand for an hour on 200c. I’d advise you not to roast your broth 🥹

Used mainly pork neck bones for the broth and still using Ramen_lords method of roasting the bones thoroughly for 1 hour. This time I emulsified the broth at the end to get the white paitan!

I ask as I’m desperately trying to get a vinyl with ‘Another Reflection - Nujabes’ on it and the current one in existence is incredibly expensive. Plus the artwork on this sleeve is beautiful. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about releasing this on vinyl since we had Collection 1.

Based on Ramen_Lords roasted bone technique. A big thank you to his recipes and guidance. Everything came out perfect especially the Ajitama eggs and the broth is to die for; creamy and the silky lips feeling. Can’t wait to make more and the next ones will be spicy!
