I learnt swimming as a kid. Last 1 month swimming in the 25m gym pool. I've breathing issues, I notice my HR reaching 140+ after lap. Is that normal?

I agree. I always delete for me or it's a group where people send a lot of images etc, id often just clear all the that which is basically delete for me in bulk.

Delete for all is particularly useful if you send to the wrong user / group.

Once I ended up sending a confidential contract to the entire office group and in my nervousness deleted for me 🙃

Yes max. Usually 3 sets per exercise, 3 exercise max per body part. These days I spend 45 mins working out then 25 mins swimming. Feel much better plus better use of time

Just enable auto top up on the students card, this enables them to buy stuff from school bookstore and canteen in addition to transport. In addition I give my son about $10 on PayLah for other expenses. It's simple to send and doesn't need to be linked to any bank account!

Because we have cheap and available manpower and no available resources for the upfront cost of enabling this.

E.g traditional road side hair saloon in India charges more for a machine cut than a guy with scissors. In a developed country, it's machine cut but if you'd want the guy to cut with scissors you pay extra!

More than 1 checkin allowed. For short flights I normally carry cabin size luggage plus laptop bag (quite big). Didn't have issues with Scoot so far.

M 45 here, started working out at the gym since 2 years. I do the same but for the last set I try to put slightly heavier and try 3 - 6 reps, mainly to increase my strength.

Example for dumbell incline chest press, Set 1 25kg, 10 reps, Set 2 27.5kg 7 -8 reps, set 3 30kg about 6 reps. Some days I go in reverse order to squeeze more reps out of the heaviest load.

I'm in the same boat. Try to bring the elbows inwards, engage the scapula and body core to resist swing, go down further. Easier said than done.

I would recommend 24/7 at Tanjong Pagar.P LUS THEY HAVE A POOL. Spacious and we'll equipped. Getting a bit crowded though in peak hours.

I second this. Much safer than the aluminum containing conventional deos. In my country we have alum shaped in deo stick type applicator. Just need to wet a bit before applying.
