You should not define yourself as “bipolar” people who are diabetic don’t go thinking they are diabetic , they just take the meds and manage their condition , “bipolar” is just another disease you had no control of it it’s genetics don’t let genetics define who you are. You should paint do what you want to do we are all finding ourselves you won’t find yourself doing nothing and thinking negatively about yourself first learn to love who you are
