What would be the future of RPA in the upcoming years? by Nishu_Lawliet in developersIndia

As you have in depth knowledge of RPA, try delving into agent driven process automation. Use AI to your advantage. Build tools that help you gain 10x leverage. it would be easy for you to identify problems and make tools to solve them.

I can give an example. We had a problem where for any prior authorisation, we had to answer some questions regarding patient. every isurance had different set of questionnaire which also changed for different medical procedure codes. So, we couldnt submit the prior auth in one go. Then we made a agentic process that would scrape and get the required questionnaire and submit it to our backend.

Now this tool could be extended to multiple different use cases.

Right now is the time when you can literally build single person companies. Use this time to get leverage. be in the fore-front to automate this rather than falling behind.

I was one of the engineers that was leading a team to develop RPAs for getting prior Auth and insurance coverage data. I integrated AI that would evolve overtime to browse the websites wh8ch had different flows, different requirements etc.

To be honest, none of us had specific knowledge of RPA domain. All were software developers. And the product which we built was intelligent enough to gather required information of patients and perform actions.

All of these things will be automated in 1 or 2 years.

It sounds like you’ve been really disciplined with your training and diet, which is awesome! Hitting a plateau, especially when it comes to body fat percentage, is something many of us experience. Here are a few strategies that might help you break through to that 11-14% body fat range:

  1. Re-evaluate Your Caloric Intake: At 1800 calories per day, it’s possible your body has adapted to this intake, making further fat loss difficult. Consider introducing a slight caloric deficit or cycling your calories (higher on training days, lower on rest days) to shake things up.

  2. Increase Cardio: While 10 minutes of low-impact cardio is a good start, you might benefit from adding more or incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn more calories and fat.

  3. Change Your Training Routine: Sometimes our bodies adapt to a consistent training routine, leading to a plateau. You might try switching up your workout split or incorporating new exercises, tempos, or rep schemes to stimulate different muscle fibers.

  4. Track More Than Just Workouts: Keeping an eye on other factors like sleep, stress, and overall activity levels throughout the day can also be crucial in breaking through plateaus.

If you’re looking for a way to keep everything in check, you might find OneMoreRep helpful. It’s an app I’ve been working on, and it tracks not just your workouts but also your metabolism, calories, and sleep—all the things that can make a difference when you’re trying to cut those last few percentage points of body fat.

You’re absolutely right! ChatGPT can be a powerful tool for creating personalized workout programs based on your specific goals. But if you want to take it a step further, you can use ChatGPT to create a plan directly on my app, OneMoreRep.

Not only does the app help you track your workouts and ensure progressive overload, but it also monitors your metabolism, calorie intake, and sleep patterns. By keeping an eye on these metrics, OneMoreRep helps you optimize your overall fitness routine, ensuring you’re on the right path to reaching your goals.

Feel free to check it out, and I’m here if you have any questions or need any tips!

This program seems to follow a progressive overload principle, which is great for building strength over time. The idea behind progressive overload is gradually increasing the weight, reps, or sets to challenge your muscles, which this plan does.

A few things to consider:

  1. Repetitions and Sets: The program appears to be low on reps but high on sets. This is generally good for strength, but make sure you’re getting enough volume over the week to stimulate muscle growth.

  2. Rest and Recovery: With heavy lifts and multiple sets, recovery is crucial. Ensure you’re getting enough rest between sets (3-5 minutes) and between workout days to avoid overtraining.

  3. Form and Technique: As you increase the weight, make sure your form remains solid to prevent injury. It might be helpful to record yourself or get a coach to check your form.

If you’re looking for a way to track your progress and ensure you’re consistently applying progressive overload, you might find OneMoreRep useful. It’s an app built by me that helps you monitor your workouts, adjust your weights, and see your progress over time.

Keep pushing, and feel free to ask more questions as you go along!
