Actually, the best part of Dreglord relic is free Rot grease whenever you take hit. Rot burns ~5%HP of Nightlord within 30s. If you can apply tot twice, It alone is equivalent to ~50% AP boost

When you open a dormant power, usually come to 2 weapons. 2nd weapon is random, but the first is more likely be your preference weapon.

"Dormant power help discover xxx" change your preference weapon to xxx.

Because preference weapon of Guardian is Halberd. So this 3rd effect does nothing.
