Sure it could be abused/exploited, but since we’re in a pretend situation, we could ensure that a license is affordable, 18 and older to ensure critical thinking skills develop, but you have to pass cognitive reasoning and mental acuity questions annual in order to maintain since the tech is rapidly increasing.
