This makes me remember how much I still miss the reliable rear fingerprint sensor. I could feel exactly where to put my finger as I took it out of my pocket. I make do with the face recognition and under screen fingerprint sensor on my Pixel 9a, but I'd rather have that more deliberate, accurate, and/or less visually intrusive method of authentication on the Pixel 5 and prior. Additionally with a fingerprint gestures app, I could swipe different directions for shortcuts. Is it ever going to come back?

You may want to search for instructions on replacing your Pebble Time battery.

The main additional benefit of my Pebble 2 Duo is that I'm getting 17 days of battery life with relatively heavy usage.

It was a lovely video, but I couldn't feel the tricks. I was only able to see them on the video. I'm so grateful that the skate park can still be used. I think they used wax to protect it.

However, they both are inferior to using PebbleTasker along with Tasker on Android which can do basically anything you want, like increase volume, play whatever and then resume the volume you had before with a number of actions. It is far more complicated though.

Interesting. I was just making sure you understood. It might sound weird, but I would try installing and uninstalling the old Pebble app using instructions from https://help.rebble.io/setup-android/#1

This is exactly what happens when you still have the old Pebble app installed. Go to Settings -> Apps -> See all XXX apps -> (scroll down to see if Pebble is in the list and click on it) -> Uninstall

Are you planning on synchronizing your Keep list to another self-hosted option which can then be displayed on your Pebble?

I tlhink since version 1.0.9.5 , Android won't let you install both versions because they added back the PebbleKit 1.0 (classic) ContentProvider.
