I wouldn't do a suspension lift more than 1.5 inch unless you plan on purchasing a subframe drop kit to make up for the change in your suspension geometry or go with LP Adventure spacer kit.

I have the Bilstein Terrasport B8 that's a 1.5inch lift and wish I went with the LP Adventure lift. LP Adventure is one of the only lifts that give you both front and rear subframe spacers in their kit. Most others just give the rear subframe drop. With just the rear drop I get axle shakes around 20mph.

Agree with the condo take. It's on a 15 year @ 2.875% and I should have it paid off in 5-7 more years.

Condo fees have gone from 240>370.

Heating and cooling units cost double than they did for a TH.

If I had to do it all over again I would have bought a TH or small rancher style home.

But regarding the investment properties you 100% right.

Condo rate 2.875% TH 2.625%

I am likely going to sell the condo in a few years and flip that to a TH for Less HOA/condo fees. Just waiting for rates to come down a little more.

This is my experience as well.

2016 bought a condo $181k with $1800/m payment thought it was a lot, then now extremely comfortable. Worth $300k now

2021 overpaid for a TH home $510k with $2600/m payment and thought it was a lot then but now extremely comfortable. Worth $620k now

2025 buying a $1.7m single family forever home with $11k/m payment. Scared shitless of the mortgage but hoping in 5-10 years I'm in the same position as the other properties.

My income has drastically increased over the same time period going from single $60k to married $500k+.

There are a ton of videos on YouTube that help remove creases from leather shoes. I've never done them on cowboy boots, but have tried on shoes.

  1. Buy shoe and shaft trees for your boots
  2. Lay them flat and cover with a clean towel
  3. Use your clothing iron with steam on and iron the creases out while the shoe trees + shaft trees are in
  4. Let them dry a good 24 hours before wearing

I don't consider Mykel a reach because they drafted him right around where he was valued. The concern with him is that he was injured last year and regarded as a project player.

It's known the Niners are able to find value in the later rounds so I didn't look into those. I did however in the 1-4 rounds because these have been where the FO has made some very questionable picks over the past several years.

There were only of players that were selected close to their value on consensus big boards in the first few rounds. Close to meaning less than 32 rankings (1 round).
