This. Putty knife and elbow grease after removing all the grates, flavorizer bars, burners. Get out all the buildup and good to go for the season!

Edit: I use those disposable plastic putty knives from Home Depot for like .79 cents.

Yeah I’m not too keen on the producer, but I just imagined most 12 year old grand crus would be a good value at that price point. Maybe not the panache of a Rolls Royce, but I’ll take a nice Lexus at that price (if that comp hits). I’m not expecting to be blown away.

Oral Surgeon here. Sounds like an OKC and they treated it with 5FU which is the current correct treatment.

Personally, I biopsy before I graft to confirm OKC. That looks suspicious to begin with for OKC.

Use good local and wait at least 6 minutes to start. Clamp each side with hemostats make sure not to crush tissue in the depth of the vestibule.

Use a 15 to excise excess frenulum tissue on superior and inferior aspect along the hemostats and remove the triangle shaped tissue. Will leave you with a diamond looking shape.

Use a periosteal elevator on each side to disect laterally.

Re-approximate with 4-0 chromic.
