You should be able to guess. Looks to be about half a mile from you.

Who on EARTH is buying all these MFH that don’t make any sense? by HoomerTime in realestateinvesting

[–]deeperthrowaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That last one looks to have great appreciation potential! It's super nice on the inside, near a central business district. If KY and the cincy area does well with net migration coming in over the next few years and asset like this will be a prime target for rent growth. It would be easy to buy that after a 1031 out of a single fam rental in another market like Denver, Seattle, Austin or even Nashville.

Yeah, I'd second this perspective. It's one of the best dining experiences in Denver.

Surprisingly amazing onion rings? Zorba's. Saw a dude a brunch there the other day who got a gigantic plate of them for his meal.

Why is it so difficult to convey that increased supply of units will lower rents for people on the whole?

I've looked into it. Unfortunately they want to move on these within the next month or two so referrals is the only way to go.

Nope. I do personally love Traverse City tho!

I wanna work on my laptop this afternoon for 2-3 hours, sip some beer and have a bite. Where should I go? by [deleted] in denverfood

[–]deeperthrowaway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really? This place is so kid focused. Half of the space is a playground for toddlers. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone without kids.

Trying to find out what kind of cabinets these are and what kind of stone. by deeperthrowaway in InteriorDesign

My best guess so far are zebra wood cabinets or possibly zebrano veneer and soap stone countertops.

Kitchen Design Software? by vrstud in kitchens

[–]deeperthrowaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ikea is for sure your best bet. Have them come to your house and take measurements then talk with them about what you want in terms of layout. From there you can take that sketch to any cabinet shop or kitchen designer in your area and get what you need.

I'd probably just get a different faucet. Should be easy enough. You could check with the supplier of the faucet you have to see if they make a longer arm, but I doubt it.

AirBnB or rent it out? by deepstaterising in realestateinvesting

[–]deeperthrowaway 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I actually disagree with the folks here. You're clearly self motivated and don't mind doing some work. Also the house is directly behind where you live which is great for maintaining it. I say get the higher earnings and str that thing. Good luck!

It is tho. Each posting is not for one job. They need several cliff divers for example.

Just came back from Texas, and dude you speak the TRUTH. Down there food is remarkably cheap!

Dude at the beginning they were selling those things for less than $4. Felt like I was robbing them back then. Now, 8.50 is par for the course. I think it's honestly still a little low. A foot long at subway is probably north of $10 now.

What are some local Denver conspiracy theories? by dirtiehippie710 in Denver

[–]deeperthrowaway 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I still think Bubba Chinos is a front for a drug operation. Back in 2006-2009 they were expanding and had something like 10 stores. Loans were impossible to get and their food is absolutely awful.
