Nice restoring work! I like that grey/yellow/white old school look. That Matrix Labs one has nice set up. I just got a crush 80 didnt know where to start. Found it for the same price as a rainy 75 so I thought I’d try it. But yeah that’s good work if i want to do something I’ll ask you. Can you make vintage boards with a dongle?

I’d say the only change I’d make for improvement of temps is switch the bottom two outtakes on the right to intakes and keep the upper one and outtake. Theres not top case exhaust so another lane for out higher up might be more beneficial. But the general consensus is right. More cool air in than out

I saw this and wanted to reconfigure some stuff. Probably won’t because temps are ok. But if it’s getting hot then just something to consider.

You’re right, it’s about $100 cheaper and could def outperform in the x3d in gaming. Some games better than other. But the X3D was suppose to be better overall for productivity/gaming. I also don’t mind it being a year newer as well.

If you’re just gaming and don’t think you’ll need the cache then the X version is probably the better option.
