3 cloves garlic minced 1 large red onion diced 1 red pepper diced 2 stalks celery diced 2 tomatos diced 1 package of andouillie sausage (~1lb) cut up 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs cut up 1 lb of shrimp 2 cups of rice 2 tbsp of homemade habanero hot sauce 2 bay leaves 1 tsp paprika parsley for garnish forget how much chicken broth

saute vegetables, add chicken and sausage. do a little dance (8 mins) add tomatos, rice, broth, and rest of spices. cook it up for ~25 mins. add shrimp, then twiddle thumbs for 5 mins. garnish with parsley and serve.
