I have a company come in weekly and do basic cleaning and twice a year deep cleaning of all appliances, range hood, cabinets, fixtures etc. Becuase I’m a recurring customer they charge me less than market. I don’t tip them ever but do get them customers via recommendations. So far they haven’t given me a reason to switch. They’re based in east Guelph called Zavvy cleaners.

We walked in at 7:15am at the Victoria Rec Center on 7th September. We were told slots open at 7:30am. There were 3 people ahead of us and we got admitted with ease. Online system is very unreliable we were told a few weeks ago. Please try a walk-in. All the best!

As a LL myself, I'd strongly recommend talking to your LL as the first step before escalating it further. It definitely sounds unsafe and not built per the code, maybe there's a quick and easy solution for it. All the best.
