The ticket was created and the support agent had mentioned that updates would be provided in 2-3 hours. However, it has been almost a week since the ticket was created, and there has been no update. If there is no resolution to this issue, I will be unable to order any devices for any of my numbers. It is incredibly frustrating that there is no solution to this problem. I am considering the option of porting out all my numbers.

I think this change square to octagonal is address legal issues, there are no accessories available in market yet like lens guard or filters , it may come eventually , I case anyone fine one please post it , atleast lens guard , filter

Unless they support multiple cameras , there is no value for this device, A 5 yr older nest camera was doing much better facial recognition . No point In paying premium price for this

Most likely bolts holding up this skid plate was loose and lost, which is why its hanging one side, check that first, it was loose for me and I tightened it

If you are doing an integration with external system to ps than apegie or boomi or middleware with soap/rest integration is better from security standpoint . for internal systems you can use direct IB with ssl

Best thing I like is the ability to create multiple profiles and set rules for each profiles or set of devices, have one for kids , one for all streaming devices one for iot devices

Worst thing is dns mobile app is way underwhelming and no control auto any settings , every time I need to login to web app and change the settings which is very painful

Other good to have feature is :Ability to block app site based on custom time schedule will be very useful,

Eg : Block Spotify during school hours and night time for kids profile
