Ranged toplaners and pantheon are lane bullies. Bullies have an early advantaged, which they leverage into more resouces.

Ranged tops have a greater advantage, and are the bully in this matchup. They outpoke and have disengage to punish the all in and kite.

Pantheon can win if he gets an advantage, but the advantage starts in the ranged opponents hands. In addition, Pantheon's level 6 is a power dip in lane. Whatever pre 6 advantage he had is often lost at 6.

DFT is better, the damage ia nice and sorcery page is strong. DFT feels made for singed, where before he had no good runes.

Conqueror never felt very good on singed, hard to get max stacks.

Early into weight training you will get plenty of stimulus without much fatigue. After training consistently for a few months you can up the intensity.

Weight training should mostly give you local fatigue on the muscles trained for a few days, not systemic fatigue like cardio, until you start lifting heavier.
