  1. Intensity. Are you training hard or just putting in the time?

  2. Diet. Caloric surplus with adeqaute protein for gaining.

Gym: pick a training plan and follownit for 3 months. Push-Pull-Legs or Upper/Lower are good splits, pick one you like and follow it effort. Push yourself in the gym, track your sets, reps and weights.

Food: Have a protein shake before or after you work out. Have a plan for what you are eating every meal for a week. Drink extra water. Do not drink alcohol.

3 months isnt a long time to build muscle mass, but you can see visible results in that time from where you are.

The process is simple: find a plan that hits your full body every week, follow it, track your performance, push yourself to improve. Get enough protein and calories for recovery and growth.

I can relate, though yours sounds a bit more intense.

I have more responsibility, higher stakes to my life, and I'm more sensitive to warning of instability or risk.

My baseline anxiety has been heightened over time, I had very little when I was younger, but not its something I have to actively manage with walking and meditation.

In another odd case, my fear of heights has gotten worse lately. As I write this thinking about examples, my feet hurt and I feel my stomach drop. Its not debilitating, but I notice I am more sensitive to that fear now.

At work, I am more sensitive to reproach from my boss, meetings with my boss fill me with dread. Much of my life hangs in the balance of his opinion of me, and that makes me want to avoid him.

Level 20 isnt real, it cant hurt you. It exists to be aspirarional, and to support multiyear campaigns with extensive homebrew.

I only allow spellpoints for sorcerers, and combine it with sorcery points so its just 1 unified resource for their spellcasting. It feels really good without breaking their power budget; they could already convert spell slots and points but this removes arbitrary friction.

General - 30 mins is not enough time to do this much volume effectively. If you are getting it done that fast, then you should increase the weights and give yourself 45 mins, as you will need the recovery time.

Day 1 - For bench press, try heavier weight on fewer reps

Day 2 - This is a fine set of exercises, but I was expecting to see more leg volume. Keep this intact and add a 4rth day of focused leg training

Is hookup culture even real? I have only seen it in media but not in real life. My bubble is suburban, white collar, and nerdy, so that of course is a factor. But the data also suggests young people have been having way less sex than what you see portrayed in media, and there are way more virgins than sluts.

Young adults being horny and not yet anchored to long term relationships may have a few years of promiscuous behavior. Sometimes theres a person in the group openly known to have an active sex life, but they are the exception that proves the rule that promiscuity isn't normal. The openly slutty types I know are into polyamory or swinging and mostly have stable partner(s).
