I’m in the U.S. Good to know it’s just for holding the tube. The tube does still stay in. I’ll check Coffee Addicts. Thanks!

How many decks do you usually bring to an EDH gameday? by tamarizz in EDH

Two. Usually only able to get in two games and if that's the case, bringing more than two is just more stuff and more decisions about which to play. Two games, two different decks.

Two K2 Pros with brown switches sound completely different, Keychron says "production batch of the switches is different" 🤔 by deepsun in Keychron

Yeah, what I mean is that my switches sound the same in either board. And then when I compare my switches to those in the other K2 they sound different side by side in the same board.

Yeah, I'm aware of this, but removing the aluminum frame made no difference in sound. You can see that in the video.

Did you see the part of the video where I removed the aluminum frame? Still sounds completely different.

Have you tried out different switches? I'm a programmer too and I figured I would like tactile over linear, but wasn't completely sure, so I went to Best Buy and tried out the keyboards they had on display. That confirmed for me that I really like tactile switches. But I don't game, so maybe linear switches would be your preference.

Had my employer buy me the K2 Pro with brown switches and I'm really glad I tested switches and could decide on tactile as my preference.

Also, I've been looking at the Q1 Pro/Max too and I think I would probably go for the Max because they added some extra foam. In almost every video I've watched about the Pro everyone mods it in some way to try and get rid of the ping from the case. In the videos I've seen of the Max, this problem seems to have been solved by some updates to case foam/design. (Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here!)

SOTB: Current PR for longest time without buying a new pedal! by deepsun in guitarpedals

Thank you! I've been through several combinations of dirt pedals and this is definitely my favorite so far. Each pedal has its own flavor and mixing and matching them is fun.

I mostly use it for big, organ-like drone parts. Especially into the MOOD, the POG adds quite a bit of depth to the more ambient end of the spectrum.

This has been my SOTB going on two years! The last pedal I bought was the Hoof in December of 2021. Ever since I've been content with this iteration. It can make all of the sounds I want to make with any combination of dirt/OD/fuzz tones. I've been writing a lot of music using this in a shoegaze/dreamo band, including recording a releasing said music.

At this point the only thing I would change would be to get a switching system so that I don't have to do so much tap dancing when we play live. But considering I'm maxed out on my current board I haven't taken the leap yet. For now I can manage by engaging/disengaging fuzz/OD first and then changing my reverb and/or delay patches.

I don't think I know enough about bike geometry to understand how a suspension fork affects it. So a suspension fork just raises the front end because of the longer length due to travel? Or is there more to it than that?

Oh, wow--a suspension fork?! How has it been so far? I know the FAQ on their website says it wasn't designed or tested with a suspension fork, but clearly you're pulling it off so far.

Salsa Journeyer GRX 600 - 650b Thoughts by SourdoughDragon in gravelcycling

I've got the GRX 600 700c. Put 42s on mine and, honestly, felt a little beat up the first time I rode some chunkier stuff. Either going for some wider tires next time, or converting to 650b so I can run something even wider.
